The complex housed:
• Conference Hotel ‘Ramada Encore’, which is the largest hotel in the world under the brand name ‘Ramada’
• BC Europe, which focuses on major tenants.
Our company has performed 6 floors work of the hotel part of the building on turnkey works basis, public areas and rooms including Business Center’s public areas.
